How to complete Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 1 in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Learn how to get Misko's first Treasure of Awakening in Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a game that has more side content than you will ever complete on a single playthrough. You can spend many, many, hours just doing side quests for NPCs, finding new armor sets, or even just cooking yourself some new recipes. One of the many things you can find in the open-world of Hyrule is Misko’s Treasures. These are different treasures that are hidden around Hyrule. One of these is the Treasure of Awakening, which sees you hunting down the different parts of the outfit from a previous Zelda game – Link’s Awakening. You can even get the cool hat to make yourself look like Link from the Switch remake of the game. Here’s our guide on how to complete Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 1 in Tears of the Kingdom.

After you attain the quest that pertains to Misko’s Treasure of Awakening, you’re tasked with finding the location of the first piece, which is the Tunic of Awakening. You can find this over on the west side of the map, in the south of the Tabantha Frontier, and north of the Gerudo Highlands. You can see the location in the precise map below. There are a few shrines around this area which you can go to to quickly get to the location that you need to go. I personally fast traveled to the shrine next to the Tabantha Bridge Stable and went from there.

After you get to this location, you’re going to want to head to the pillar you see circled in the picture below. This pillar will have a button on the top of it, and when you stand on this button, it will open the door to get to a cave below this location, where you’ll be getting Misko’s Treasure of Awakening.

One you open the cave, head down into it. In front of you when you enter you will see the first part of Misko’s Treasure of Awakening. Just to the left of that, you can also see a hole. Enter this hole and you can also get yourself a Bubbul Gem to go with your Treasure of Awakening, if you want an extra one of those.
