Here’s a complete list of confirmed characters for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Nintendo Switch.

During the Nintendo Direct E3 2018 press conference, Nintendo finally unveiled Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch, and it appears to be the most inclusive game in the series so far. Titled Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the upcoming installment will reportedly feature every character in the history of the series, making for a character roster of at least 65 fighters. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Characters

Along with the big reveal of the game, Nintendo also released a new “Challenger Approaching” introductory video that displays all of the characters coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and what they’ll look like in the game. Below you’ll find a list of every confirmed character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. A few new faces will be making their debut in the upcoming Super Smash game as well, including the vicious winged boss from the Metroid series, Ridley.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, many of the fighters have been updated to reflect their most recent Switch renditions. For example, Mario will have his sentient hat Cappy that he wore in Super Mario Odyssey, while Link will feature his tunic from Breath of the Wild. The upcoming game will also introduce Echo Fighters, characters that are nearly clones of other fighters, but have slight variations in their fighting style.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is scheduled to release on December 7, 2018 for the Nintendo Switch. New amiibo figures for both Ridley and the Inkling Girl will be released as well, along with an amiibo for Daisy, which was not shown during the E3 presentation.
