Dragon Ball FighterZ Arena Match Reception

The Arena Match mode in Dragon Ball FighterZ allows people to casually play within their specific lobby. For example, if you’re in the US West lobby #03, the casual and ranked matches available in the World Match area will match you with anyone that has a decent connection, no matter which lobby they’re in. However, the Arena Match will only match you with other players in that specific lobby.

To start an Arena Match, you need to speak with the person to the right of the large sign just in front of the Arena Match area. This is Arena Match Reception. Speak with this person and you’ll be given the option to join an Arena Match, observe an Arena Match, or select/edit your team so you can get your character selection in before entering an Arena Match. That’s all there is to it! Keep in mind, Arena Match has been acting up with all the people trying to play at launch, but it should clear up as Arc System Works and Bandai Namco address the server congestion issues.
