Destiny: The Taken King – The Promethean Code Story Mission

Eliminate Taken and find the stealth code protocols.

Fresh off completing Lost to Light, you now move on to The Promethean Code story mission in Destiny: The Taken King. You will head to Earth and acquire stealth code protocols from Rasputin’s Golden Age database.  This is by far one of the quickest missions in Destiny, and you should have little trouble beating it in record time.

At the beginning, proceed to the Warmind Bunker either on foot or aboard your Sparrow; it’s the same location as Siege of the Warmind. Upon arriving, walk down the steps into the bunker and make note of the weird space goop, which signifies Taken are nearby.

Charge through this bunker and kill Taken Cabal that show up.  Go into one room and a few Taken Psions will show up, as well as a Taken Centurion. A Titan can make short work of these foes with the Hammer of Sol, but you don’t need to lob hammers to emerge victorious.

Side Note: Explore a bit and be on the lookout for items to scan with your Ghost. Rasputin’s Bunker is full of cool stuff.

Scan the computer terminal if you want and then go through the door past this terminal on the left. Battle through a series of corridors until you eventually come to the Mine.

When you are inside of the Mine, kill the Taken Centurion and other adversaries. When they’re dead, scan the terminal and you will receive the stealth codes for your trouble. Mission complete!

This mission was too short, but don’t worry. The next one, Last Rites, will test your skills. You can also visit Prima’s Destiny: The Taken King Walkthrough and Guide for more tips.
