Brawlhalla Adds Lara Croft From Tomb Raider

Brawlhalla will never be the same again.

Forget Dora the Explora, we’re raiding tombs! For those that are enjoying the free-to-play fighting adventure Brawlhalla, there’s a new star emerging to freshen things up a bit. Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft is the latest outside character to crash the party following some pretty wild crossovers in the past. For those excited about harnessing their inner Croft, you’re going to want to log in sooner rather than later because she’s only available for a limited time.

Croft is no stranger to some pretty sick moves and those definitely translate into the fighting game. She, of course, has her dual pistols but she’s not afraid to show off that known agility either. For those looking to scoop up this character, she comes with a classic Croft skin as well as her outfits seen in the rebooted Tomb Raider series all the way up to Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

In addition to the new character and new moves, there’s a new game mode as well in addition to a new map called Temple Ruins. See? We’re raiding tombs.

As for the game itself, Brawlhalla is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The WWE SummerSlam event will officially be kicking off tomorrow! Are you ready?

For more about the game itself, Brawlhalla is “an eternal battle arena where the greatest warriors in history brawl to prove who’s the best that ever was, is or will be. Every match is an epic test of skill, speed, and strength, and every victory brings additional glory and bragging rights to the winners.

“These slugfests are salted with powerful weapons and gadgets. Fighters scramble to grab swords, axes, hammers, blasters, rocket lances and more! Every weapon changes your play style and your options. Gadgets like mines, bombs, and spiked spheres add even more danger into the mix, letting fighters change the course of battle with a well timed-throw or carefully laid trap.”
