Doki Doki Literature Club Plus Has a Lot of Cool Merch

During our time with Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, we found ourselves surprised at how attached we became to the characters and their unique personalities. Despite the horrors hidden throughout the game (no spoilers we promise), there’s something adorable about owning a Monika plush or a Natsuki poster.

There’s also something nice about appreciating the art and design of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus with posters and stationery. Yes, you can write out your Literature Club poems on Doki Doki Literature Club Plus stationery, and it’s absolutely rad.

In general, we don’t often talk about game merch here on Prima – with the exception of special items or special collector’s editions for games. 

However, we really want to do something different here and in the future by highlighting some of the cool merch for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, while also answering one of the most popular questions about it right now… are there body pillows for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus?

To which the answer is yes, of course there are. Not official merch wise (it’s mostly fan merch) but yes, they do exist.  

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus Has a Lot of Cool Merch

Body Pillows

Given the anime-esque nature of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, along with the fact you can favor specific characters and unlock cute CGs, it’s not surprising to hear there are body pillows being sold.

Not in an “official sense” as far as we can tell, but rather through custom fan merch. We’re always a little dubious in promoting fan merch and/or websites not directly affiliated with a game in question. Official merch directly benefits a game’s creator(s), whereas unofficial merch does not. 

However, because the question of whether there are body pillows constantly pops up in relation to Doki Doki Literature Club Plus merch, we figured it’d be best to acknowledge what’s available.

Currently, you can purchase fan-created Doki Doki Literature Club Plus body pillows for all of the game’s characters (Monika, Yuri, Sayori, Natsuki) on websites like Etsy from users like TheWaifuCafe, and on websites that sell dakimakura covers (body pillow covers) like Otaku Pillow.

Out of the options available, we personally recommend looking through Etsy as there are several different designs to choose from there. 

Stationery 

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus centers around a group of girls in a high school literature club. One of the main activities to gain favor with the game’s characters is writing poetry, but there’s more to the poetry and literature of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus than first meets the eye.

If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys writing poetry or writing in general, there’s no category of merch more fitting than stationery. On the website for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, there’s a merchandise page that links to where you can buy official merchandise at places like Good Smile Company.

Speaking of which, Good Smile Company has a spiral bound notebook, character pen, pencil pouch, and “Just Monika” eraser. There’s even a Doki Doki Literature Club Plus coffee mug on sites like For Fans By Fans, though at the time of this writing the mug is currently sold out.

Apparel 

Sometimes the best way to show your love of something is to wear it on your sleeve, literally. Merchandise under the apparel category often centers around t-shirts, though you can also find jackets and even messenger bags and backpacks to help you accessorize.

On the website for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, there’s a merchandise page that links to where you can buy official merchandise including apparel at places like Spencer’s, The Yetee, Good Smile Company, For Fans By Fans, and Omocat.
