30.) Wolfenstein 3D: Get All Guns, Ammo and Keys (PC)

Wolfenstein 3D is a classic first person shooter. With this special trick, you’ll be able to get the majority of the items in the game, including all guns, ammunition and keys. Simply enter ILM and you’ll have a whole arsenal of stuff to unload on the Nazis. Have fun storming the castle!

29.) Grand Theft Auto 3: Get a Tank (PlayStation 2)

Stealing a car in Grand Theft Auto 3 is one thing. Stealing a tank, however, is something else. Thankfully, this code lets you have one. While in the game world, press Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle and Triangle. A tank will appear, and you can let loose on Liberty City like a good criminal should.

28.) Guitar Hero: Unlock Everything (PlayStation 2)

The original Guitar Hero is still a rock-worthy effort, and a good excuse to drag your plastic controller out of the closet. However, we know how tiring it can be trying to unlock everything in the game. On the game mode selection screen, enter Yellow, Orange, Blue, Blue, Orange, Yellow and Blue on your guitar buttons. You’ll hear a tone indicating that all songs, characters and venues are unlocked. Rock on!

27.) Medal of Honor Frontline: Unlock Hats and Weird Objects (PlayStation 2)

Medal of Honor Frontline is usually a serious first-person shooter, but with the addition of these two codes, things can get a little ridiculous. On the Bonus screen, enter HABRDASHR on the typewriter to unlock special hats for your characters to wear. Not enough weirdness for you? Enter MERCER and objects will be switched out. It’s not often you see a Nazi talking with a hamburger, but with this code, you certainly will.

26.) Kid Icarus: Final Level with Invincibility (NES)

Kid Icarus is a tough game – and chances are a number of people have never seen the final level. With this password, however, you will. Go to the password screen and enter KIDKID ICARUS KIDKID ICARUS. Not only will you get to the final level right away, but you’ll also be invincible. Take that, eggplants!

25.) Grand Theft Auto 5: Fly Like Superman (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3)

Getting around the city in a car is so passé. After all, don’t you want to get there faster? Well, how about flying? Get into the game and enter LB, LT, RB, RT, Left, Right, Left, Right, LB, LT, RB, RT, Left, Right, Left, Right on Xbox 360, or L1, L2, R1, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right on PlayStation 3. You’ll fly with the greatest of ease.

24.) Twisted Metal 2: Always Invincible (PlayStation)

Twisted Metal 2 is an awesome sequel with a lot of carnage. We can understand if the going gets tough in the later levels, but there’s a cheat to help you keep on your wheels. Jump into a gameplay session, hold down all the shoulder buttons (L1, L2, R1 and R2) and quickly enter Up, Down, Left, Right, Right, Left, Down and Up. You’ll need to be fast – and on the default controller settings – but do it right and you’ll win the tournament with ease.

23.) Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Flying Cars (PlayStation 2)

If flying solo isn’t your thing – or you just want to see what a Studebaker looks like zooming through the sky – then consider using this classic cheat for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. While playing the game, press Square, Down, L2, Up, L1, Circle, Up, X and Left. Hop into a vehicle and get ready to save some gas. Whoosh!

22.) Battletoads: A Few Extra Lives (NES)

Battletoads is one of the better NES games ever released – and also one of the toughest. That said, it helps to have a few extra lives on hand. Before the start of the game, hold Down, A and B and then press Start. You’ll be stocked with five instead of three. For good measure, this cheat also works at the game over/continue screen, so you can start fresh!

21.) Super Mario 3D World: Infinite 1-Ups (Nintendo Wii U)

Super Mario 3D World is an amazing game, and a very good reason to own the Wii U right now. It can get tough at times, but we’ve got a cheat that’ll help you prepare for the challenge – infinite 1-ups! Head into World 1-2, Koopa Troopa Cave and make your way down the pipe. Get to the lower platform with the Koopa and bop him out of his shell. Steal it and go to the upper platform with the three purple bricks by the wall. Set yourself a good distance from the wall and release the shell, then jump. If you get the timing right, you’ll knock the shell back to the wall over and over, and clean up on extra lives. Whoo-hoo!
