Get Together is the first expansion pack to release for The Sims 4 and introduces a surprising amount of content for you to explore. Its most notable feature, however, is joining clubs! Not only do these allow you more socialization options with other Sims, but you can benefit from helpful perks. How to Join and Create Clubs in The Sims 4: Get Together

To begin joining a club in The Sims 4: Get Together, you’ll first have to make your way to the Social Groups menu. You can do this by tapping the speech bubble icon in the bottom corner of your screen or pressing your U key if you’re on PC. A small pop-up will appear with a “Join a Club” button in the center. Once you select this button, the Club Manager screen prompts you to either join a club or create your own!

Joining a Club

Right away, you’ll find two options. The first is to simply join a club by selecting the join button. Doing this adds you to the club, followed by a club gathering invitation. Going to this gathering isn’t required for the leader to accept you, but it’s an opportunity to gain club points!

The second option you’ll find is applying for an invite. If accepted, the club leader will invite you to meet up at a specific location, to which you can either accept and travel there or reject the offer. Taking the initial invite will bring you to the area, where you’ll have a chance to socialize with the club members and ask to join by selecting a Sim, going into the Clubs category and applying.

Creating a Club

You’ll also find an option to create your own club. When you do this, a screen will appear asking you to come up with a club name, hangout spot and invitation requirements. You’ll also find a section for club activities, determining your main way of gaining club points. The ones you pick are entirely up to you, and you can change them anytime through the Club Details menu.

Yes, this also means you can get points from things like drinking at bars, surfing the web and even sleeping. You can also be rude, friendly or even WooHoo to gain club points. As long as you pick it as a club activity, the world is your oyster here.

Once you set up your club, you can start inviting people to the group. While you can initially only add five people, you can unlock more member slots through the Club Perks menu with the points you gather from activities.
