Tips and Tricks to Win Tip Toe in Fall Guys

Tip Toe is a game mode in Fall Guys that usually hold around 12 to 25 players. You’ll spawn in front of a large grid of orange tiles and must guess where the path to the finish line is. As you walk over each tile, they’ll either disappear, making you fall, or light up yellow, allowing you to move across. You’re also racing against other players, so you’ll have to balance speed and strategy throughout the entire round.

Observe the Tiles and Other Players

When the tiles light up yellow to signal the correct path, they’ll only stay that way temporarily. After a few seconds, each tile will fade back to orange. Throughout the game, try to memorize the path so that you don’t accidentally walk into the wrong tiles. Similarly, be sure to watch other players and see where they walk. Someone may walk on the right squares without you realizing it! Lastly, walk for any shaking tiles along the track. If you see one shake, it is a fake tile that’ll fall when you step onto it!

Avoid the Obstacles

Depending on the mode you’re playing, you may encounter various obstacles that can catch you off guard. The main example is the version with three “Thicc Bonkuses”, spiked objects that swing in the air and knock you away. If there’s space around you, you may get sent into the void, potentially costing you the match. Be sure to avoid these as much as possible to help you secure a win.

Don’t Underestimate Diving

If you face a long, winding path, you may be able to save time by jump-diving from one tile to the other. By doing this, you can skip over an entire tile and safely get onto the next without walking all the way down the path again. Once you reach the end, diving toward the finish line will also increase your chances of making it without missing the platform.

Patience is Key

Despite plenty of tips, tricks and strategies to use during your Fall Guys Tip Toe matches, it’s ultimately a game of luck and patience. While running right into the tiles and jumping around is a fun and exciting way to play, it is much safer to wait and watch the action from behind. Observing how others play, how the tiles move and carefully avoiding any obstacles gives you a much higher chance of succeeding than rushing in and trying your luck. In most matches, you’ll encounter at least one player willing to take chances and try their luck near the end. If you wait for this opportunity, you can eliminate path options if they’re wrong. If you want to speed things up, you can try pushing others towards the squares to see if they fall!

Using these tips and tricks and developing strategies that work with your play style, you’ll face a much higher chance of winning your Tip Toe matches in Fall Guys. Good luck, and enjoy the tournament!
