PlayStation 3 exclusive shooter Resistance 3 isn’t out yet in the UK, but that hasn’t stopped Sony from announcing the game’s first downloadable content.

The Resistance 3 Survival DLC pack goes live on 4th October for $3.99.

It includes a new multiplayer mode, called Invasion. This challenges humans and Chimera to capture and hold multiple control points for as long as possible.

Also includes is a multiplayer Survival skin pack and a bonus Resistance 3 Surivival static XMB theme.

Eurogamer’s Resistance 3 review fired an 8/10. “Resistance 3 gets almost everything right, yet never quite ascends to greatness,” wrote Dan Whitehead.
