We all know the feeling: you’ve been grinding materials for hours in the Hisui region, only to be taken out by a tough Alpha Pokemon. It stings even more knowing you’ve dropped your Satchel containing a percentage of your items. But can you get your Satchels back in Pokemon Legends Arceus? Find out everything you need to know below.
Can You Get Your Satchel Back in Pokemon Legends Arceus?
You’ll be pleased to know that you can get your Satchel back once you lose it, but there’s a catch – you cannot do it yourself. There is currently no way to retrieve your own bag.
“So how do I get it back then?” you ask. Ultimately, it’s random and you need to be connected to the internet. If you somehow can’t go online with your Nintendo Switch then you’re out of luck, unfortunately.
For those that do play Pokemon Legends Arceus while connected, you may have noticed that you’ll sometimes come across another player’s lost Satchel, which you can pick up and turn in for rewards. This is how it works for yours too – another Trainer has to find it in their map.
Now, know that this isn’t a quick process so don’t expect to have your items back five minutes after losing them. It can take a few hours, sometimes even days, for your Satchel to be picked up. And sometimes it won’t be at all and you’ll never get your stuff back. It’s just the way the cookie crumbles in Hisui.
How to Retrieve Lost Items in Pokemon Legends Arceus
To connect to the internet, go to your Satchel by pressing Up on the D-Pad, then scroll to the Communications tab with ZL/ZR and move the slider by Internet Connection to “On.” It’s also a good idea to toggle the “Automatically Connect?” one on too so you don’t have to worry about doing this every time you boot your game up.
If a fellow player does find and return your Satchel, head into the Lost and Found area of the Communications tab and then scroll to “Your Lost Satchels” to reclaim your dropped items.
