PlayStation Network error code WS-37505-0, explained

Modern gaming is not without issue, and one of the biggest issues can be the networks we play games on. PlayStation’s Network can throw up all manner of error codes, including the WS-37505-0 error code. This is a pretty generic error code and is usually a sign that something is amiss on Sony’s side.

According to the Sony support page, if you received this error code on PlayStation, the connection between your PS system and the server has failed. There are a couple of things that you can do to see if you can solve it, but by and large, this will be an error on Sony’s end and you will need to wait for them to resolve whatever the problem is. Check your connection to PlayStation Network and the game server.

  1. Check the status of the game server on the game publisher’s website.
  2. Check the PSN status page. If the servers are active, please use the Fix and Connect diagnostic tool.

And that is really it, unfortunately. All you can really do here is have patience and wait for the issue to be resolved by Sony’s technicians.
