You won’t have access to the Amiibo scanner in the office at first. You’ll need to help seven clients find their dream vacation homes before Lottie will tell you about the Amiibo scanner and how to use it. 

Once you’ve unlocked the Amiibo scanner all you will need to do is interact with it on the desk in front of Lottie and scan one of your Amiibo figures or Amiibo cards for Animal Crossing.

You can even invite VIP guests who will have very specific demands in mind for their vacation home. 

After that feel free to design their Happy Home Paradise to your heart’s content.
