As revealed today by Nintendo (well, technically the official account for Animal Crossing’s Isabelle), the Nintendo Direct for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is set to air on Friday, October 15 at 7:00 a.m. (PST), 10:00 a.m. (EST).
The Direct will reportedly be approximately 20 minutes long and will primarily focus on content being added to the game via an update in November.

During the tease for this Direct in Nintendo’s last Direct back in September, a glimpse of Brewster’s coffee shop was shown. With this, it’s expected that Brewster’s arrival will be part of the November update. And, as shown in the teaser, Brewster’s shop will be located in the player’s museum.
Outside of Brewster, the rest of the content coming to Animal Crossing: New Horizons has yet to be revealed. We imagine there will be a themed event in November for Thanksgiving that’s brought up in the upcoming Direct, but beyond that we’re stuck having to wait until October 15 to see what surprises Nintendo may have in store.
While we wait to catch the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct on October 15, we’re curious what you think Nintendo will be adding to the game aside from Brewster.
