We have basically arrived at the point when there is no argument about Xbox Game Pass being the best deal in gaming. Microsoft recently revealed what fans can expect to see added to Xbox Game Pass in the coming weeks. While there are still a few more titles to be added throughout the rest of August, they did offer two games that will arrive next month. Crusader Kings III will be coming to PC via Xbox Game Pass on September, while Resident Evil 7 heads to both console and PC in September 3rd. Before we get to those games, however, we still have a few more launches coming to Game Pass this month, including Battletoads, Wasteland 3, and more.

If you are a fan of horror, however, September 3rd is going to be the day for you, especially if you haven’t checked out the most recent non-remake entry in the Resident Evil series. RE7 was a true return to form, offering players a fascinating adventure filled with puzzles, disturbing people, impressive graphics, and all in first-person, a first for the franchise. It is definitely a game worth checking out, even if you haven’t played any of the entries in the RE series before.

As for what else is happening with Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft Flight Simulator just arrived on PC, while Spiritfarer came to console and PC. Here’s what to expect throughout the rest of the month:

  • Battletoads (Console/PC) – August 20th
  • Crossing Souls (PC) – August 20th
  • Darksiders: Genesis (PC) – August 20th
  • Don’t Starve: Giant Edition (Console/PC) – August 20th
  • New Super Lucky’s Tale (Console/PC) – August 21st
  • Hypnospace Outlaw (Console/PC) – August 27th
  • Tell Me Why: Chapter 1 (Console/PC) – August 27th
  • Double Kick Heroes (Console/PC) – August 28th
  • Wasteland 3 (Console/PC) – August 28th
