No Man’s Sky’s New Game, The Last Campfire, Is Coming to Nintendo Switch This Summer

No Man's Sky is thriving but while the team over at Hello Games continues to make it even better, they've also been hard at work on a different sort of adventure.

Hello Games, the studio behind No Man’s Sky, has a new game coming to Nintendo Switch this Summer: The Last Campfire. The latest journey for this studio is vastly different from what we’ve come to know from the team thus far but The Last Campfire looks truly magical if not harrowing.

The puzzle adventure follows a lost ember that’s trapped in a place they never wanted to be in a search for meaning and a way to get home. This game takes a much more philosophical approach in comparison to No Man’s Sky, though players will still be able to explore the hauntingly beautiful wilderness that is rife with folklore, creatures, and mysteries to uncover.

The Last Campfire was first unveiled during the Video Game Awards back in 2018 but news was scarce following the big reveal. Now we’ve got a better idea of when we can get our hands on the latest journey with a Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC release slated for Summer 2020.
