Players will need to head to the Heck Hole map and make their way to a temple area where a staircase leading to a back room can be found. You will then see the four skulls of the Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest Skull Puzzle on the right side of the room. There will be blue, green, yellow, and purple skulls hanging on the wall.

The room before the area where the skulls are located contains four jack-o-lanterns that correspond with the four colors of the skulls. Pull the heads with the same color as the jack-o-lanterns from left to right. You will notice that the color of the jack-o-lanterns change when the first skull is pulled in this Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest puzzle. All that you need to do is make sure to pick the right colored head each time the jack-o-lanterns change in this Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest puzzle.
