With the recent success of Slay the Spire 2’s launch, MegaCrit, the studio behind Slay the Spire, keeps the ball rolling with the new Downfall expansion for The Slay the Spire: Board Game.
The Downfall expansion officially launches on Kickstarter and will only be funded if it reaches its $50,000 goal by April 10, 2026. There’s no reason it shouldn’t be funded, as the pledges already reached $3.7 million at the time of writing, with over 19,000 backers.

As with most Kickstarter campaigns, once the campaign ends on April 10, 2026, you won’t be able to get any of these exclusive bundles.
The Slay the Spire: Downfall expansion is estimated to be delivered by April 2027, which will be a long wait. But, if you are a huge fan of the game, it’s all worth it, especially since you can play this one with your friends and family.
