Here’s a compilation of some of the best builds from PoE 1’s best build creators for the Mirage 3.28 league.

Fubgun’s Lightning Arrow or Elemental Hit of the Spectrum Deadeye

Fubgun’s Deadeye build has been around for several leagues for its fast clearing speed and serious damage output overall. Both LA and EHoS are both viable for the build, focusing on getting as much elemental damage on a bow and clearing enemies before they get to you, as most bow builds go.

Palsteron’s Kinetic Fusillade Ballistas Hierophant/Champion

Palsteron’s Hierophant build boasts a good mix of survivability and high-damage output. Kinetic Fusillade is the main skill used, but it does have a very niche mechanic where there’s a delay between your attacks. The skill plays around your attack speed, where you must have your attack time greater than your Kinetic Fusillade duration to bypass the attack delay. It might be hard for beginners to always check this every time they replace gear pieces, but the trade-off is mighty powerful.

When the build works, the playstyle revolves around placing ballistas and running around to clear maps.

Goratha’s Archmage Hierophant

Goratha’s Archmage Hierophant is a common build that capitalizes on scaling damage through increasing your character’s max mana. The build uses the new Shock Nova of the Procession skill that just looks mesmerizing. The clearspeed is also top-tier, with great single-target damage. The only problem is that Archmage builds typically get a bit expensive as you scale into the real endgame.

BalorMage’s Holy Relic Necromancer

BalorMage’s Holy Relic Necromancer has been a staple build for several leagues, which boasts great survivability, decent speed, and great single-target and AoE damage. As most Necromancer builds, you’ll rely on minions to do damage and clear screens at an abnormal pace, when things go right.

Smokie_777’s Glacial Cascade Miner Elementalist

Smokie_777’s Glacial Cascade of the Fissure Miner Elementalist build boasts one of the highest damage output builds in the league. However, the playstyle requires you to think a bit, as you don’t just throw your mines directly at the enemy, especially during bosses. You get a lot more damage by throwing it near the target, so the damage overlaps. You also don’t want to throw it too far, so you don’t lose the double damage. Overall, the build is cheap early for the damage output it boasts, making it a decent league starter overall.
