Complete Courtyard Care Center – Resident Evil Requiem

Get the Helicopter Key with Grace

After finally reaching the main lobby of the Rhodes Hill Care Center with all the Quartz, saving Emily, and escaping “The Girl” (Shadow Ghost), you can finally exit the place.

However, this is the last time you’ll be able to roam the Care Center, so finish what you haven’t done already, including buying things from the Parlor using your Antique Coins. You still have to carry Emily, but you can bring her to the couch in the Security Room.

Also, you can pick up the Girl’s Severed Hand right after the cutscene and bring it to the Laser Microscope in the Blood Lab for analysis. However, it only shows “Let’s Play” and “GGC AAG AUA ACG UGU CAU” as a reference to something else.

Once done with the Care Center, place the last Quartz on the main door and exit. Move to the courtyard and pick up the Antique Coin on the chair.

Go to the Helipad in the courtyard. This triggers a cutscene with a pilot. He tells you to get the Helicopter Key in the tiny house in the Courtyard (Courtyard Care Center).

After entering the first room, save and grab everything you can find. Go to the office and interact with the wine glass on the left side. Examine it and rotate the bottle to align the label. The bottle opens to reveal a double helix item, used in the center of the room. Once you place the double helix, the whole office will descend like an elevator, leading you to a secret lab under the courtyard.

Continue down and save at the Reception room. Go to the Collection & Testing area. There’s a desk with a drawer in the corner, which contains a Med Injector. Also, pay attention to the canisters (looks like a silver fire extinguisher), which will be important later.

Continue to the end, and you’ll find the emergency route exit door locked. Turn left and take the stairs. Keep going until you reach the Private Lab and shoot the Mr. Raccoon on the desk.

Grab the Helicopter Key by the computer next to the keyboard. Interact with the monitor and select “Authorize.”

This will open the next door. Enter, and a cutscene will trigger. Run to where Victor exited. This takes you back to the save room. The elevator is gone, so you’ll have to run the same way you came through, but this time, leave through the emergency exit that was locked a while ago.

Once you reach the testing chambers, zombies will appear. Work your way to one of the cannisters mentioned before and use it to kill the zombies.

It is better to round them all up so you can burst them down together. Keep moving and look out for cannisters nearby when you are empty or nearing empty.

At the emergency exit, keep straight until you reach the other side of the testing chamber. Zombies will start mutating immediately. I suggest running as fast as you can forward and up the staircase before they finish their mutation animation. If you paused long enough, you can still run, but you might need to take a hit or two.

Keep moving forward and end at a ladder and an exit door to the courtyard. There are zombies around, but just go around them and vault through the window to the house.

Exit the house from the main door and go to the helicopter. This triggers a cutscene and ultimately shifts back to Leon.

Leon, the action star, helps Grace

After the cutscene, Grace will carry Emily to safety while chased by a mob of zombies. The story shifts to Leon on the rooftop, with a new weapon, the rifle, and a bunch of ammo lying around.

Keep going straight until you reach the end. Aim and shoot all the zombies before they are even remotely close to Grace and Emily. The order in which the zombies come from is the main -> top fences -> bottom fences -> main (with a zombie chef).

A few seconds after the zombies come from the bottom fences, the zombie chef can already be shot. He briskly walks to Grace and needs at least three shots (torso) to take down. However, once you shoot him, he slows down and pauses for a bit. After taking him down, focus on the other zombies, which should’ve piled up by now. Grace can take a few hits from the zombies, but not from the zombie chef.

Grace makes her way in. Jump down from the roof and grab any ammo around. Throw the explosive barrel at the enemies blocking the path and shoot it to save some ammo. Enter the chapel to trigger a cutscene.

Leon will now fend off all the zombies approaching the chapel, with a new mutated enemy. The new infected monster has three cyst-like spots, which are its weak spots. You can’t even damage it without hitting those spots. Zombies will also support the monster. Try your best to hit all the cysts as fast as possible.

If a cyst bursts, the monster gets stunned for a while but also releases a burst of its virus, double-mutating the normal zombies near it. Yeah, this is going to be a little tough. Use your surroundings. Some zombies leave axes and other throwables for Leon to use. After dealing with all of them, this part of the playthrough reaches its end.

Next, you’ll have to guide Grace through the Water Treatment Plant.
