There’s a total of 30 trophies (including Platinum) and 29 achievements to unlock across all platforms in AILA. They include a variety of tasks, from story progression to simple objectives.

All of these can technically be unlocked via a single playthrough, but it will require you to create multiple manual saves at least before each experience/simulation. Ultimately, it may be easier to span these over two playthroughs.

While the game features several different endings, only two of them count towards trophy/achievement unlocks, so focus on the karma requirements for those first.

RedemptionDo the right thing! One of the game’s potential endings and considered the “best” ending. To achieve it, you must do at least most of the following:
– Do NOT take the gun in the Impossible House
– Accept the Mother’s offer after defeating her and let her baby live
– Kill all four cursed NPCs in and around the castle and sever the Witch’s pact
– Surrender to the Judge on the Ghost Ship after defeating the Captain
– Don’t let the house do research on AILA after the Ghost Ship experience
– Don’t drink ANY Black Liquid during the Forest experience and defeat the Forest Monster

Each of these requirements carries a different weight in terms of your Karma status, so try to fulfill as many as possible. For example, taking the gun in the Impossible House doesn’t impede this ending. However, drinking Black Liquid in the Forest experience has a much higher chance of jeopardizing it.
Turbulent WatersFlush the toilet 3 times on Woman on the Road experience.Flush the toilet in the bathroom on the second floor of the farmhouse three times during the Woman on the Road experience.
Medicinal OverdoseUse healing items 5 times.Use any type of healing items 5 times over the course of the game. It doesn’t have to be done in a single experience/simulation.
DIY LegendCombine items at least 4 times.Combine any items at least 4 times over the course of the game. It doesn’t have to be done in a single experience/simulation.
Backup PlanSave the game at least 3 times.Manually save your game at least 3 times.
Curiosity DepartmentInspect at least 5 items.Highlight any usable items in your inventory and select the ‘Inspect’ option to look them over. Do this with 5 different items.
Marked by FateKill at least 10 enemies.Kill at least 10 enemies over the course of the game with any type of weapon. It doesn’t have to be done in a single experience/simulation.
Purrfect InteractionPet the cat.Pet Samuel’s cat Jones in the apartment. This can be done near the beginning of the game when the objective requires you to feed him.
JonisvaldoFind Jonisvaldo.Jonisvaldo is a drawing on the desk in Samuel’s office that’s opposite his main computer desk (by the window). Pick up the drawing to unlock this.
With Bloodied HandsKill 10 enemies using melee weapons.Kill at least 10 enemies over the course of the game with any melee-type weapon. It doesn’t have to be done in a single experience/simulation. This is easiest to do during the Medieval experience, where you have numerous melee weapons at your disposal, and there are plenty of enemies.
One Spark, Two GravesKill 2 enemies with one barrel explosion. As it suggests, you need to kill at least 2 enemies simultaneously by shooting one red explosive barrel. This can be done as early as the Woman on the Road experience, in the barn where you confront several alien enemies, and there are plenty of red barrels in the area to use.
Whispering DeathKill 10 enemies silently.Stealth kill at least 10 enemies over the course of the game. This can only be done on the Medieval and/or Ghost Ship experiences, as the enemies in both are the only ones that allow you to sneak up on them.

This can also only be done with Small Knives, so make sure to pick up enough of them. To perform a stealth kill, carefully walk up behind an enemy and wait for the prompt.
This is my Boomstick!Use 12 gauge in the Medieval experience. To unlock the Shotgun in the Medieval experience, go into the room directly to the left of the throne room, where you find one of the Copper Weights for the weight puzzle. Look for a lever on the back of the wall behind the statue holding the weight. Pull it, and this will open a cage in the room full of suits of armor.

Backtrack there and open the chest inside the cage to get the Shotgun. Fire it any way you like to unlock this.
CollectorFind all the collectibles.Collectibles in the game consist of special Book Pages from the Red Wagon book in Samuel’s apartment, along with unique statue figurines of various enemies from the game. There’s a total of 15 Book Pages and 13 Statues to collect throughout the game. However, as of this writing, only the Book Pages are required to unlock this trophy/achievement.
You’re fired!Refuse A.I.L.A.One of the game’s potential endings and the earliest one you can unlock. When a delivery drone first arrives with the A.I.L.A. package at the start of the game, go out onto the balcony and idle for 30 minutes instead of picking up the package.
Deadline CrusherComplete the game in under 10 hours. The game’s self-proclaimed speedrun trophy/achievement. Complete the entire story in less than 10 hours, which is actually a flexible threshold (unless you have more difficulty with the combat gameplay, for instance). Pausing the game pauses the timer, and you can keep track of your playtime via your saves, so do that if you need a moment to figure out a puzzle or obstacle.
Conscious GlitchThis is not a bug! While in the Medieval experience, reach the dry fountain plaza area right before the church, then head through the trees to the right of the stairwell to the church. Look for a floating white chair on top of a cliff beyond the trees.

There will be an invisible stairwell adjacent to that cliff that you can climb up to the chair. Read the note lying on the chair, and that will unlock the trophy/achievement.
ConephobiaKill the Cone Head. While in the Medieval experience, reach the dry fountain plaza area right before the church, then go into the open house on the right. On the second floor, you’ll find a dark red cone object on a side table. Destroy it with a weapon, then look up to the ceiling for two more red cones. Destroy them with your crossbow weapon, then head back outside.

A special Cone Head enemy will be standing near the fountain. Slay them in whichever way you wish to unlock the trophy/achievement.
