SteamWorld Dig 2 is a 2D mining adventure that incorporates Metroidvania-style gameplay into a unique Western setting. SteamWorld Dig 2 originally launched as a digital download for PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch back in September 2017.

“This latest SteamWorld adventure is a milestone, and we’re naturally very proud of it,” said Image & Form CEO, Brjann Sigurgeirsson. “Many fans are now asking for a physical release, so it makes me very happy to be able to partner up with Rising Star Games for a boxed version. We’re also excited that additional exclusive items will be included as well!”

The physical editions of SteamWorld Dig 2 will be available at select retailers in the USA and throughout Europe in Spring 2018.
