The DLC itself will focus on the most brutal battles of the Great War, and Battlefield 1’s fourth expansion pack will bring five all new multiplayer maps to the game, as well as some new ranks, Service Assignments, Dog Tags, and Specializations.

The new DLC pack will introduce players to two of the most infamous battles of World War I as they battle through the muddy fields of Passchendaele and the Austro-Italian clash of Caporetto. Alongside these two maps, players will also get the chance to play on two brand new aerial-based maps called London Calling and Razor’s Edge. On these two maps players can live out their dogfight fantasies and fight to the death high above the war-torn land. Finally, players can also fight against their enemies in the wheat fields by the River Somme.

Earlier in the week we reported on Battlefield 1’s Gallipoli Trial, which is still ongoing until January 22. Be sure to head over and check out our original report on that to learn more about the trial and what it includes.
