The Far Cry 3 expansion, Blood Dragon, took place in a futuristic take on the 1980s. Far Cry Primal offers an Easter Egg calling back to the expansion and offering the hidden achievement and trophy, Mark 4 Wenjas. If you’re a completionist or you just want to obtain that trophy or achievement, we’ve got the details you need to hunt down the Blood Dragon in Far Cry Primal.
First off you need to head northeast toward the mountainous areas to the far right of the map. Start at your village and move along the river to hit the snow-capped mountaintop. A river begins at a split waterfall stemming from atop the snowy peaks of the mountain. You won’t see this as a specifically marked location on the map, but the closest landmark is the Baydaya Hut if you’re having difficulty finding it.
Craft a few items of winter apparel before you head up to insure you’re ready for the cold weather. You want to keep a close eye on your temperature gauge once near the top of the mountain, and light up a torch if the temperatures begin to drop. When you reach the waterfall, climb to the top in order to discover the water source.
At the top of the waterfall there’s a small cave that leads to a large area with the remains of the massive Blood Dragon. You’ll find several glowing eggs around the skeletal Blood Dragon. Finding this skeleton unlocks the secret achievement/trophy of Mark 4 Wenja. The description of the achievement states, “discover the future past”, to confirm that this is indeed an Easter Egg for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
