Yes, FBC: Firebreak has cross-play with cross-platform matchmaking support across all platforms. This means players can queue up with their friends and other players regardless of the platform they’re playing on.

This was confirmed by the developers on Steam, along with a few more details about the upcoming release. For starters, this is a purely PvE title, and will not feature any form of PvP content. FBC: Firebreak is set a few years after the events of Control, but interested players don’t need to play that, since this is a standalone experience.

FBC: Firebreak is being developed on Remedy’s Nortlight engine, and while it’s aiming for a high level of graphical fidelity, the developers confirmed they’re targeting a wide range of hardware, including the Steam Deck.
