Nintendo eShop Update Brings Big Holiday Hits

New Mario and Zelda games, among other releases, will soon be available.

Nintendo has a trio of big hits arriving this week, and didn’t waste any time announcing that all three would be available for digital release, starting at midnight, on the Nintendo eShop.

Over on the Wii U, players can pick up the thrilling new adventure Super Mario 3D World once the clock strikes 12, for $59.99. Meanwhile, on the 3DS, players will have access to The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Mario Party: Island Tour around that time, for $39.99 a pop.

Other games that are available on the Wii U include Coaster Crazy Deluxe, The Mysterious Cities of Gold: Secret Paths, the quirky puzzle game EDGE and the SNES classic Brawl Brothers.

Meanwhile, 3DS owners can get their hands on the new Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies DLC “Turnabout Reclaimed” for $5.99, the NES classic City Connection, and other games, such as Christmas Wonderland 3, Jewel Match 3 and Ohno Odyssey.

Finally, if you’re a fan of Mega Man games, good news! You can get Mega Man 1, 2, 3 and 4 for 30 percent off each from now until next Wednesday, on both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
