How to Level Up Fast in Tarisland

Keep up with the crowd!

You’ll note that as you play Tarisland for the first time, the game hands out new levels like candy initially, but then your progress slows to a crawl as the main story quest begins to creep along at a snail’s pace. Before long, you’ll find yourself grinding dungeons and side quests to level up to reach the next MSQ. But fret not because this is how to level up fast in Tarisland!

Best Ways to Level Fast in Tarisland

After choosing the best starting class for your playstyle and diving into the expansive world of Tarisland, you’ll find that the game is quite generous. It offers numerous rewards, daily gifts, and an easy leveling experience throughout the first zone and into the second.

Eventually, as is common in MMORPGs, however, the game slows down significantly. It tasks you with grinding to reach a specific level to continue the MSQ. By clearing dungeons, tackling side quests, and partaking in raid boss clears with a group, you’ll hit the game’s max level in no time!

Clearing Dungeons

One of the easiest and most entertaining ways in which I found to level up quickly in Tarisland was by tackling the game’s various dungeons. Again, Tarisland is rather forgiving. It provides you with access to the game’s dungeons early on in the experience, and you can run them repeatedly if you don’t mind the mechanics or group play.

As of right now, there are six dungeons in Tarisland:

  • Dim Cavern
  • Library of Chaos
  • Camp Carlyan
  • Merfolk Swamp
  • Forest Altar
  • Botanical Garden

You can complete each of these dungeons, with the exception of Dim Cavern, in both Normal and Elite. The latter of which will provide you with more experience points and rewards, including unique gear that will help increase your power level.

Completing Quests

Tarisland appears to focus primarily on group play, with numerous dungeons and raids available from early levels. However, it does offer a main story questline to complete, along with side quests and job boards in each area for you to tackle. Each of these provides rewards and experience points to help you level.

You’ll want to follow the MSQ for the time being, as it unlocks additional areas and gameplay mechanics, like fishing and mounts.

Currently, questing is the best source of experience points. They’re usually quite quick, such as slaying a handful of wolves or working with other players to kill a boss enemy in the wild before you return to a hub area to turn in your quest.

Furthermore, there are daily quests in Tarisland that provide a significant amount of XP. You’ll find these dailies scattered throughout the game world, with a violet icon indicating their unique nature.

Tackling Raid Bosses

You won’t unlock your first raid in Tarisland until you hit level 30, which is nearing the end game. However, they’re an excellent way to reach the level cap of 40, as raid bosses provide a unique challenge and exceptional rewards.

Currently, Tarisland features five raid bosses:

  • Merfolk King
  • Ancient Tree
  • Synthesis Doctor
  • Forest Gemini
  • Archdruid

Like with dungeons, you can complete raids on both Normal and Elite. Alongside a large amount of XP, raid bosses provide unique gear sets and resources that endgame players will most certainly want to collect!
