How to Get a Mount in Tarisland

Mount up, riders!

While the on-foot movement speed in Tarisland isn’t too slow, it does leave something to be desired. Namely, mounts. After all, Tarisland is a modern MMORPG, and that means a wide selection of available and aesthetic mounts, like the starter Rhino. Here is how to get a mount in Tarisland!

Where to Get Your First Mount in Tarisland

You will unlock your first mount in Tarisland by following along with the main story questline. Upon reaching approximately level six, you’ll receive a new quest to obtain the Rhino. It’s a cheap starter mount—relatively slow overall—that only costs 10 Silver.

But hey, this is just your introduction to the mount system in Tarisland. From here, you can unlock additional mounts through challenges, microtransactions, Twitch rewards, and other means.

You won’t be so lucky with your second mount, unfortunately. While the Rhino costs a measly 10 Silver, any follow-up mount you have your sights set on will cost significantly more. You may even need to spend real money to buy in-game currency to purchase a unique mount, but that’s up to you!

How to Summon Your Mount

Once you’ve unlocked a mount, you can summon your newly beloved pet by hitting “Z” on your keyboard or selecting the mount icon from your action bar. It’s in the second row, with the icon of a horse.

As per usual, it does take a moment for your mount to spawn beneath you, so prepare for a quick escape from a challenging mob if necessary!
