The Xbox One launch line-up looks pretty stellar, we won’t lie. Killer Instinct, Crimson Dragon and Forza Motorsport 5 are just some of the games that’ll be getting our attention come November 22nd.
One game that’ll be missing out, though, is PopCap Games’ long-awaited Peggle 2. The company revealed that the game wouldn’t be available on day one for the next-gen console. Don’t be too dismayed, though – it’ll still be out in time for Christmas.
Speaking with GamesBeat, PopCap senior director of PR Garth Chouteau explained, “Peggle 2 is a ‘launch timeframe title. But (it) will not launch day-and-date with the Xbox One – instead, it will become available a few weeks later in December.”
The sequel features various new characters and add-ons, as well as diabolically awesome new stage designs that will challenge rookies and veteran players alike.
We’ll have full coverage and strategies for the game upon its release.
