Ever since its release last year, Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead has earned huge critical acclaim – and for good reason. It tells an original story from the Robert Kirkman saga, with plenty of humanity and shocking twists that will keep you on your toes.
If you haven’t experienced it yet, you’re really missing something. That said, Telltale provided a nice little gift to get you started. The company announced today that the first episode of the season one series is now available for download free-of-charge on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. If you want to download the rest of the season, you can get it for $14.99.
We suggest playing through the whole thing now, because the next games from Telltale – The Wolf Among Us and season two of The Walking Dead – aren’t too far off.
