Sony announced that it will launch an open multiplayer beta for the game later this month, prior to the game’s arrival in September.  Guerrilla Games Cambridge and Sony have released a new trailer highlighting this part of the game, which you can view below.

Players in the beta will be able to access both the free-for-all Mercenary Warfare mode as well as WarZone, which mixes and matches five different activity types into one timed team-based event.

Killzone Mercenary releases via retail and PlayStation Network September 10th.
