Baldur’s Gate 3: How to Get the Potent Robe in BG3

How to Get the Potent Robe in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

To get the Potent Robe, you must break the Moonrise Towers Tiefling prisoners from captivity during Act Two and claim the robe from Lakrissa and Alfira. Doing this initiates the Rescue the Tieflings quest, requiring you to defend the gnomes and Tieflings from the guards as they escape. Your reward for finishing this mission is the Potent Robe, gold, and other miscellaneous items.

Where to Find the Tieflings in the Moonrise Towers Prison

Once you arrive at Moonrise Towers, head south through a wooden door and descend the stairs at coordinates (X: -172, Y: -195). After entering the prison, head to coordinates (X: 589, Y: -631) and talk to Lakrissa at the doors. You’ll initially be interrupted by a guard, who you must persuade into allowing you to communicate with the prisoners. Following a DC 14 dice roll, Lakrissa will tell you to speak to the gnomes, prompting you to talk to Wulbren in a nearby prison cell at coordinates (X: 569, Y: -627).

The Moonrise Towers Prison Rescue Mission

From here, head west to the cell where Wulbren is held captive and speak to him. After another dice roll, you’ll introduce yourself to him and talk about the situation. Give him a bludgeoning weapon to allow him to break through the back wall. You can find it on a table in the prison’s center tower if you don’t have one. The nearby guards and Warden will attack you afterwards, who you’ll have to defeat to buy the gnomes and Tieflings time to escape.

Once everyone successfully escapes to the docks and leaves the prison, return to Last Light Inn and speak to Lakrissa and Alfira to get an assortment of rewards, including the Potent Robe.
