In Cyberpunk 2077, Breach Protocol is a hacking minigame that you need to complete after you jack into Access Points like laptops, computers, or antennas. In this guide, I will teach you how the Breach Protocol works and how to complete multiple Daemons.

How to Solve Breach Protocol in Cyberpunk 2077

To complete a Breach Protocol hack in Cyberpunk 2077, you need to select characters in the order that are shown on the right side. The three sequences on the right show the available Daemons (hacks) you can upload to the Access Point. Each Daemon will have its own effects. Some Daemons deactivate all the cameras in the vicinity, and some give you Eddies and other components.

When you start the Breach Protocol minigame, you will see the timer on the top left. The timer will not start until you select your first character from the Code Matrix. Under Code Matrix are available characters that you can use. However, there is a sequence in which you can choose the characters.

You will always select your character from the first row and then your second from the column of the first character. The third character will then be from the same row as the previous character you selected. It will be in the order of Row, Column, Row, Column, and so on.

Under Buffer, you will see the total number of characters you can choose. Although the buffer size is low, you will still be able to perform two Daemon hacks or even three if you get lucky with the repeating characters.

To perform multiple Daemons, start solving the Code Matrix in your mind without selecting any character. The timer only starts when you select the first character. Select the two sequences that you need and then start solving. When you have the sequence sorted out in the Code Matrix, start selecting the characters without wasting any time thinking about what character to select next.

In the above Breach Protocol hack, we will solve the first two sequences. Start from the BD character from the first row and select the BD character from the same column. You will now need 1C from the same row to complete the first sequence.

After that, we start with the second sequence and solve it using the same method. It will complete the Breach Protocol, and you will get the rewards from the sequences you completed.
