Yes, you can imprint Legendary Aspects from “Normal” or non-Sacred items onto higher-tier gear found in World Tier 3. How to Imprint Legendary Aspects in Diablo 4

To Imprint an Aspect, you’ll first need one in your either your inventory or Codex of Power. To unlock Aspects in your Codex, simply run dungeons for a guaranteed first-clear drop. To get Aspects into your inventory, you must Extract them from Legendaries you find in the wild.

Legendary Aspects can vary in their quality, and Codex Aspects are always the lowest possible roll. So keep an eye out for Aspect rolls on gear you find, it might be even better! You can extract these worthwhile Aspects at the Occultist for some gold.
