Dengeki PlayStation (via Siliconera) reports that intense shooter Earth Defense Force 2017 will come to the Vita on September 27th.
Previously exclusive to Xbox 360, and supporting only two-player co-op, the Vita edition features gaming for up to four players locally or online.
D3 is apparently not coming to the West but it’s well worth an import. The line they took with G4 read:
“The game is only announced for Japan. The latest trailer is shown here and [the game] will include 4-player online co-op plus some additional Vita specific features.”
Maybe it’ll eventually arrive on our shores, it’s worth making a fuss about as it’s just cruel so many are missing out on so much fun for their pockets.
Earth Defense Force 2017 lets you blow up giant ants in a city with rocket launches, what more could you want?
