WoW Dragonflight: Where to Find Firebrand Fystia

A Firebrand in a fire land

The Emerald Dream is chok-full of Rare Elites to hunt down for their loot, Drakewatcher Manuscripts, and Gigantic Dreamseeds. Firebrand Fystia takes a little elbow grease to summon, so let’s take a look at how to coax her out.

Where to Find Firebrand Fystia

Firebrand Fystia spawns near the Scorching Chasm, in the top-left region of the Emerald Dream, seen below:

As a Rare spawn, her event will not always be active. Keep an eye on your map, as well as any chat-log messages that appear alerting you of new Rare spawns. She, and other Rares, are denoted by a silver dragon marker on the map. Once her event begins, you’ll need to complete a brief summoning ritual before she appears.

How to Summon Firebrand Fystia

Summoning Firebrand Fystia will require you and nearby players to kill elemental cultists until the event meter is filled. This functions as an increase to the “buffer” period before the boss appears to allow other players in the zone to make their way over for a chance at loot.

Before you head up to complete the event, double check that a rare icon is active on the location shown above. If it isn’t, just keep an eye on your map – you’ll have plenty of time to arrive once the event is primed to begin, so don’t worry too much about showing up late.

Firebrand Fystia Drops

Firebrand Fystia drops item level 428 gear, with a small chance at a Gigantic Dreamseed, and one of several Inscription Techniques that teach Drake customization manuscripts (two for the Grotto Netherwing Drake, and one for the Winding Slitherdrake).
