Winter Wishes has returned as free research before 2023 comes to a close, and just like last year in Pokemon GO, there are two paths you can take. If you’re having trouble choosing a side, this guide will cover which path is the best for any Trainer.
Pokemon GO – Which Path Should You Choose for Winter Wishes 2023?
You should choose the Catching Pokemon Path in the Winter Wishes timed research for 2023. There are only two paths that you can choose, and they are almost identical in terms of rewards. But there is one key difference in the final reward that makes the Catching Pokemon Path more lucrative compared to Collecting Stardust.
The final reward for the Winter Wishes Catching Pokemon Path is a Lucky Egg, while the other option is one Star Star Piece. Both options have the same Galarian Mr. Mime as a final reward as well, so there is no difference in the Pokemon you get to catch. It comes down to whether you value more Stardust or more XP in Pokemon GO.

- Catch 10 Pokemon – Holiday Spheal
- Catch 25 Pokemon – Holiday Hat Eevee
