Where to Get Sentinel Firing Core in ARC Raiders
Can't believe I'm wishing for more ARCs.
While some rare items are exclusive to their ARCs, others you can find in different searchable structures across different maps. To improve your weapons, you’ll need to upgrade the Gunsmith bench, and for that, you’ll eventually need a few Sentinel Firing Cores.
Here is how you can get these rare Sentinel Firing Cores in ARC Raiders.
Get Sentinel Firing Core in ARC Raiders
There are a few ways to get Sentinel Firing Cores in ARC Raiders, making it a much easier ordeal than taking on some elite ARC:
- Dropped by the Sentinel ARC.
- Found in Courier Husk.
Sentinel ARC Best Location
You can find Sentinel ARCs early on in the Dam Battleground around the Breach and the northeast end of the Research and Administration building, right above the blue stairs. I’ve marked the exact locations for both on the map:
Take out the Sentinels, ideally with a ranged weapon like the Ferror, and loot the remains for a possible Sentinel Firing Core. While it’s technically a more reliable way to get the cores, there are a few potential drawbacks:
- First, there aren’t many Sentinel ARCs in the game, which is why most players are fixated on getting to these locations and taking those early.
- Second, after the ARC’s remains are dropped, there is a chance that you don’t get anything to loot, and the remains just vanish. This has happened multiple times with me and has been reported by other players as well.
Still, it’s always worth it to go this route if you can confirm from a distance that the Sentinels are intact and aren’t already destroyed.
Loot Courier Husk for Sentinel Firing Core
Personally, I find this approach much better because there are multiple courier husks crashed around different parts of each map, and there’s a chance to obtain a Sentinel Firing Core from them.
You can find these all over the map and need to breach them. I recommend exploring the Red Lakes and the western portion of the map.
