Where To Find Tourmaline In Disney Dreamlight Valley

No matter if you’re searching far and wide for beautiful flowers or plenty of gems to line your pockets, there is never time to take a break in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One of the fastest ways to pad your pockets full of cash is by selling of Gemstones that you can find around the world, and Tourmaline just so happens to be one of the hardest to get. However, if you’re lucky enough to finally snag up a few stones of this rare material, you’ll be able to afford just about anything from Scrooge’s Shop, so let’s set out on an adventure throughout this picturesque world and find out how to get plenty of gems.

How Do You Get Gems In Disney Dreamlight Valley?

As you explore the world around you, unlocking Royal Tools that you can use for a variety of different applications, you may have noticed these large rocks protruding from the landscape. These rocks contain Gemstones and other valuable materials, so be sure to smash any that you come across on your adventure. You could find anything from stones to gems, so grab that Royal Pickaxe and start smashing them. Just make sure you’ve got a few energizing dishes prepared so you don’t pass out on your journey.

Where Can You Find Tourmaline In Disney Dreamlight Valley?

While there are plenty of these smashable rocks spread throughout the land, you’ll want to focus your time and energy on two specific locations. If you plan on exploring the world around you in search of Tourmaline, you should be exhausting yourself in the Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights biomes. By smashing rocks in these particular areas, you’ll have the best chance of getting Tourmaline, and it drops rather often in these spots. Each biome has its own unique resources, and it seems that Sunlit Plateau has a better chance of dropping this rare gem.

I’m not sure if I just got super lucky, but while snapping a photo for this guide, I got Tourmaline on the second rock I broke open in the Sunlit Plateau. The RNG in this game is a little iffy sometimes, so it will likely take a little longer to claim than this, I likely just got very lucky.
