Where to Find Staff-Wielding Opponents in Genshin Impact

The Graph Adversarial Technology Experiment Log event is still ongoing in Genshin Impact, and it’s asking you to grab some cute pictures of enemies wielding a staff. While they’re giving us a more direct request, here are some easy places so you won’t lose your time looking out for those.

Genshin Impact Graph Adversarial Event Day 4: Staff-Wielding Opponents Locations

The following enemies can be photographed for the event’s fourth day:

• Various Hilichurl types (Berserker, Shamachurl, Fighter)
• All Abyss Mages
• Geo Fatui Skirmisher
• Wind Operative
• Certain Treasure Hoarders

Since most of these enemies are rare compared to a certain type, we’ll hunt Hilichurls (and a single Abyss Mage), as these are easy to find. Your 10 pictures can be obtained in Mondstadt reasonably quickly with those opponents alone.

Start by heading to Cecilia Garden and grab your Image Sampling Kamera to take some pics from the various Hilichurls here. There’s a total of 5 staff-wielding enemies between the various Hilichurls breeds (you’re free to beat them up after the pics). After that, head in the direction of the Lupus Boreas World Boss, and you’ll see a Cryo Abyss Mage hanging around nearby a Whopperflower. Take a picture of him too.

With six photos in hand, teleport to the Wolvendom waypoint nearby and keep walking the road (also in the direction of the World Boss). You’ll see two suitable targets at the top left tower, so grab their photos and get out to avoid fighting.

Lastly, head to Starsnatch Cliff in the north of the map and look left to find a few more suitable models. With those two last pics, you have collected your daily 10 samples, congrats.

If you’re still missing some more photos, you can just use your Adventure Handbook to hunt for Abyss Mages or Samachurls, as those are guaranteed to wield Staffs. Most will probably be around Mondstadt, too, so you won’t walk much. Also, don’t forget to exchange your photos with friends; this is the only way they can complete the event if they miss a day or two.
