Goatskin is a character that you’ll need to find in order to progress your main quest line in Kuttenberg, and he can be difficult to find, having to go through several NPCs to complete the quest. You’ll even have to find Goatskin in a pretty well-hidden hiding spot.
So without further ado, here’s how to find Goatskin in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — the easy way.
How to find Goatskin
After you get your first information on Goatskin, you’ll have to look around the Black Horse Tavern area in Kuttenberg for more leads. So the first thing you’ll want to do is head for the Black Horse Tavern itself, which can be found south of the western Kuttenberg fast-travel location.

Speak to the innkeeper and he’ll tell you about Goatskin’s frequent visits to the bathhouse in town. So that’s our next stop, which you’ll find within the highlighted area to the southwest of the tavern.

Chat with the bathhouse owner and ask all the questions you need to, then find the bathhouse employee called Hanka from Prague. She’ll mention Mary and Goatskin’s relationship. Next, find the girl called Lousy Mary and question her about Goatskin.
She’ll swear that she doesn’t know anything, and you’ll need to do a skill check. If you fail, she’ll mention that she needs to visit the tailor, and she’ll leave the bathhouse.
Follow her until she stops, and she’ll start talking to Goatskin. Congratulations, you’ve found where Goatskin is hiding.

To get to Goatskin, head to the left and hug the wall all the way around to the other side until you see an entrance. Pass the tailor and head for the backyard where you can hop over a gap in the fence.

From there, enter the barn on your right, climb the ladder, and make your way to the other end of the barn. You’ll find yourself back where Mary had her chat with Goatskin, and you’ve found him.

Climb the wagon and then climb into the attic to confront him.
I can’t tell you how long I struggled with this quest, and I hope I’ve saved you some pain with this guide. Enjoy your time in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, it’s a fantastic game. If you’re interested, you can read my spoiler-free review here.
