Pokemon GO World of Wonders: Taken Over Event Dates

The new event will commence on March 27 and will be a five-day affair. Players have until March 31 to enjoy all the content that will be part of the Taken Over event. This not only includes special raids and featured Pokemon but the encounter rate of certain monsters will also be boosted.

The new event will have two legendary names as the featured monsters. During the five days, you’ll be able to find Shadow Groudon and Shadow Mewtwo appearing across different places. There’s a chance for players to encounter shiny ones as well.

While Shadow Groudon will be part of the Super Rocket Radar, Shadow Mewtwo will be part of five-star raids. These raids will only take place during the last two days of the event (March 30 and 31).

Pokemon GO World of Wonders: Taken Over Eggs

If you hatch 12 km eggs when the event is live, you’ll have a chance to breed one of the following monsters. For the first time, you can hatch a shiny Sandile from these eggs (will depend on your luck).
