How to Get Maw Fang in Warframe
Maw Fang are acquired when completing the Maw Feeding activity in Warframe, found exclusively in the Duviri open world. Near many of Duviri’s ponds, you’ll find a small circle that you can interact with to meditate on, taking control of a Maw fish in the nearby pond. Here, you’ll be able to consume many fish throughout this pond with a time limit, with the amount of fish you eat affecting the rewards you get. This activity only appears in The Duviri Experience, and won’t appear in the Circuit or Lone Story modes.
While the Maw Fang is the main reward, you’ll also receive Ariette Scales upon completion of the Maw Feeding activity. These can be used for recipes such as the Ack & Brunt Incarnon Genesis and Kullervo’s Systems.
How to Use Maw Fang
Maw Fang is used across a variety of different recipes in Warframe, with those recipes being as follows:
- Azothane – 5 Maw Fang
- Syam – 4 Maw Fang
- Latron Incarnon Genesis – 20 Maw Fang
- Torid Incarnon Genesis – 20 Maw Fang
- Burston Incarnon Genesis – 20 Maw Fang
- Hate Incarnon Genesis – 20 Maw Fang
- Cinta Grip – 6 Maw Fang
If you want to craft everything above at least once, you’ll need 95 Maw Fang. Of course, you’ll need to adjust if you want more than one of any of these. If you’re looking to focus on certain things, the Azothane and Syam are both great melee weapons in their own right. Otherwise, everything else can be taken whenever you want for completion’s sake.
