One of the most entertaining aspects of Call of Duty has been the ability for players to dual-wield pistols in Akimbo style. Modern Warfare has brought this ability to its battlefields with the arrival of Season 2. Now, players can unlock Akimbo pistols and use them to dish out some significant punishment against their enemies. How to Unlock Akimbo Pistols in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

This Akimbo perk can be unlocked for five pistols found in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare by players completing a specific challenge for each of the weapons. You can find the five pistols that you can unlock the Akimbo perk for and the challenge you have to complete for each of them to do so below:

  • M19: Get three kills in five different matches with the Frangible-Wouding perk
  • .50 GS: Get three kills in five different matches with the FMJ perk
  • X16: Get three kills in five different matches with the Sleight of Hand perk
  • 1911: Get three kills in five different matches with the Mo’Money perk
  • .357: Get three kills in five different matches with the Recon perk
