After a year of PS5 exclusivity, Stellar Blade is now available on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. The title is developed on Unreal Engine 4 and pushes the engine to its limit with some excellent visuals paired with actually competent performance.
Stellar Blade also has support for cloud saves on PC, but if you’re looking for your local data for your profile, here is the save file location for Stellar Blade.

For Steam users, you’ll see an additional folder inside the StellarBlade folder, which has your unique Steam ID with the save file (.sav) inside it. I recommend backing up the entire StellarBlade just in case.

Does Stellar Blade Have Multiple Save Slots?
No, Stellar Blade does not have multiple save slots. So if you want to back up your existing save files and start a new journey, I recommend following the steps above and backing up the folder just in case.
I hope that the developers consider adding more save slots so you can have more than one active run.
Stellar Blade Steam Features
Stellar Blade has support for several Steam features, and the game makes full use of the Steam client.
- Steam Cloud: All your save data is automatically uploaded to Steam Cloud when you close the game. Similarly, it’s retrieved from Steam Cloud as soon as you launch it across all devices where you have Steam signed in, including the Steam Deck.
- Steam Family Share: All members of your Steam family can now access Stellar Blade in their library.
- Steam Deck Verified: Stellar Blade runs very well on the Steam Deck, and the developers have earned the verified tag from Steam, ensuring all the features are available on the handheld.
- Achievements: Stellar Blade has a total of 45 achievements to unlock on Steam.
- Steam Input: Even though Stellar Blade has native support for Xbox and PlayStation controllers, you can use Steam Input for any other input device.
Stellar Blade is a massive hit on Steam with an impressive CCU of 183K, which will likely cross 200K in a few hours. The PC port is excellent, with solid performance across the board, and I’m sure minor issues here and there will be addressed in upcoming patches.
