Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Lightsaber Colors Guide

First things first. Let’s get one important fact out of the way: the number of colors that are available to those who are wanting to customize their beloved lightsaber. There are 8 colors in total, and we’ve listed them for you below along with how they’re generally obtained over the course of playing the game (with one outlier).

  • Blue – you can pick this at the start of the game
  • Cyan – unlocked on Ilum at the Jedi Temple when you collect your Kyber crystal
  • Green – you can pick this at the start of the game
  • Indigo – unlocked on Ilum at the Jedi Temple when you collect your Kyber crystal
  • Magenta – unlocked on Ilum at the Jedi Temple when you collect your Kyber crystal
  • Orange – only currently available if you pre-ordered Fallen Order
  • Purple – unlocked on Ilum at the Jedi Temple when you collect your Kyber crystal
  • Yellow – unlocked on Ilum at the Jedi Temple when you collect your Kyber crystal

As you can see, picking up the other lightsaber colors that aren’t the one you picked at the start of the game is pretty easy. Just pick up a Kyber crystal as part of the story when you’re kicking around Ilum. Once you have this crystal and pick a color as part of the main story quest that you’re on, you’ll be able to access the other colors from lightsaber workshops from that point forward. Handy, huh?

Now that you have our Fallen Order lightsaber colors guide to hand, unlocking them is gonna be a piece of cake once you’re far enough into the story. Need help with anything else in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order? Check out some tips and tricks that we’ve put together:
