Individuals playing this title will find the MGL Grenade Launcher when they are in the sewers. Jill Valentine will enter the sewers trying to lure the Nemesis from the survivors in the Subway Station. Follow the path in the sewer until you get to a point where it will split off to the right.

Go down this right side path and defeat the mutated monster that will appear. Continue down the way until you reach a ladder. Climb the ladder and a safe room where it will be at the top.

The sewer safe room is the location where the MGL Grenade Launcher will be found. 

This location will provide you with the MGL Grenade Launcher that can take down the strongest enemies the title has to offer where other weapons in your inventory will struggle.
