Individuals playing this title will find the location of this firearm following the completion of a particular mission. This mission consists of Carlos finding a vaccine for the T-Virus after saving Jill following her fight with the Nemesis, where she was infected with the T-Virus. Players will wake up as Jill in the hospital. You will then be able to walk over to a table in the room you wake up near the door. This table is where you will find the location of the G18 handgun.
