Although Realm Royale is still in early access, the battle royale shooter from Hi-Rez Studios has been gaining popularity amongst gamers and streamers lately, with new players striving to win the Crown Royale each day. Realm Royale is currently only available on PC via Steam, and anyone can download the game and play for free, provided their PC meets the minimum system specifications.
Below, we’ve listed the minimum system requirements for playing Realm Royale. The recommended system requirements for Realm Royale have not yet been determined, but we will be sure to update this guide with those details when they are officially outlined by Hi-Rez. Until then, the minimum system specifications should be enough to judge whether your gaming PC has what it takes to run Realm Royale.
Realm Royale Minimum System Requirements
- OS: Windows 7 64-bit
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00 GHz (4 CPUs)
- Memory: 6 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 555
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 5 GB available space
- Sound Card: DirectX compatible sound card
Although Realm Royale’s cartoon graphics help ease the processing burden on systems, Realm Royale may be a bit more graphically demanding than Hi-Rez’s arena shooter, Paladins. This is based on the recommended system requirements listed for Paladins, which are very close to the minimum system requirements listed here for Realm Royale.
You may want to have slightly higher system specs than the ones listed above to ensure you can run Realm Royale smoothly on PC. Lowering the graphics settings in-game may help improve performance as well.
It’s also worth noting that Realm Royale’s frame rate is capped at 150 FPS, which may be less than desirable for some players.
