There is always something exciting in the world of Pokemon GO for players to experience. One of the newest activities that Trainers can experience in the mobile title is facing off against Zekrom in raids thanks to the release date for the legendary character. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know about the release date for the formidable Zekrom covered for you.

Pokemon GO Zekrom Release Date

Trainers will find that the release date for Zekrom is Tuesday, June 16, where it will arrive at 1 p.m. PDT. This release date is when Zekrom will begin to appear in five-star raids. Players will also find that there will be Raid Hour events taking place every Wednesday during the period where it is available in five-star raids. 

You can find the Raid Hour event schedule that will be taking place for the legendary character below:

  • Wednesday, June 17, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time
  • Wednesday, June 24, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time
  • Wednesday, July 1, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time
